Mary Ryan
As President of Allegheny River Health Club, she loves promoting a healthy lifestyle for all ages. She has two college degrees in science and is certified in: Personal training, Incoor Cycling, Pilates and Aerobics. While running the health club she trains clients and teach classes. She endeavors to participate in every aspect of Allegheny River Health Club. She previously, owned and ran Women’s’ Fitness, a women’s health care training gym, for twelve years. Her personal interests are long distance cycling, golf, tennis, kayaking, and being on the Board of the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
Mary lives in Fox Chapel and has many ties to the community.

| David Angiolieri
As a student at the University of Pittsburgh in 1992, David joined a local gym with the intention of simply helping a friend lose weight. Little did he know eighteen years later he would still be helping others lose weight. Through the years, he has had many opportunities to get to know and educate a variety of people on how to improve their lifestyle through behavior modification, positive habits and productive choices in life. David is certified in the following: Personal Training, small group personal training, aerobic exercise, golf specific training, physioball training, behavior modification, nutritional coaching, active isolated stretching an senior fitness. His approach to helping clients with health and fitness concerns is to learn about your needs. From that point, we work together to obtain your specific goals.

Ian Lewis
Ian is a certified personal trainer and a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Exercise Science. Ian has been a personal trainer for over 5 years and has amassed over 700 hours of Division I training at Pitt including all sports ranging from men and women’s basketball to men and women’s swimming. Ian is a Mt. Lebanon native and a primary contributor the fitness website TechniqueFitness.com. Growing up as an athlete and a hockey player, his primary interests are in sport-specific training and enjoys preparing high school athletes for the next level. He still enjoys playing hockey, working out, and is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.

Ken Schultz
Trainer is our newest addition to our training staff. Ken brings with him six years experience as an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. He is the trainer for you no matter what your goals may be. Helping you achieve your goals through properly designed exercise routines and educating you on core nutrition are two of the driving forces behind his client’s undeniable results. If you’re looking for a specialty trainer, Ken holds many certifications in specialized fitness, including Weight Loss, Golf Fitness, Speed and Agility, Sports Nutrition, and Youth Fitness.
