Mary Ryan

As President of Allegheny River Health Club, she loves promoting a healthy lifestyle for all ages. She has two college degrees in science and is certified in: Personal training, Incoor Cycling, Pilates and Aerobics. While running the health club she trains clients and teach classes. She endeavors to participate in every aspect of Allegheny River Health Club. She previously, owned and ran Women’s’ Fitness, a women’s health care training gym, for twelve years. Her personal interests are long distance cycling, golf, tennis, kayaking, and being on the Board of the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.



Ken Schultz

Our club manager, Ken brings with him eight years experience as an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. He is the trainer for you no matter what your goals may be. Helping you achieve your goals through properly designed exercise routines and educating you on core nutrition are two of the driving forces behind his client’s undeniable results. If you’re looking for a specialty trainer, Ken holds many certifications in specialized fitness, including Weight Loss, Golf Fitness, Speed and Agility, Sports Nutrition, and Youth Fitness.
