Come join us for an invigorating ride. It does not matter whether you are a first time class participant or a seasoned professional. Our experienced, professional instructors offer multiple levels of classes to satisfy the inner biker in all of us.

Mat Pilates / Level 1

Step into our modern pilates studio, and feel that every day stress melt away. Allow our experienced instructors to take you on a journey that will calm the mind, body and spirit, as well as toning and sculpting the entire body.

 
Mat Pilates / Level 2

If you like Mat Pilates, then you're going to love Mat Pilates / Level 2. This is simply a more challenging version. Once you have established confidence in our Level 1 class, you will be ready to move to Level 2. This class has a 15 minute level one warm-up.

 
Mat Core Science

Not a fan of lifting weights? Then this is the class for you! Reap all the benefits of weight lifting, without ever picking up a dumbbell. The focus of this class is to use ones own body weight as resistance, instead of those boring old weights.

 
Yoga

Treat yourself to an hour of muscle soothing stretches, while learning meditative breathing techniques. Discover ways to silence that inner voice, and reconnect with your most peaceful state of mind.
